Aloha and Welcome! Pam is a licensed Realtor in Hawai'i and began her real estate career in 2019. She received her Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies in 2008 from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. While in college finishing her degree, she began working full time as a legal assistant at a real estate law firm and remained there from 2006-2010. Pam got married in 2011 and began her new journey as a full time stay at home mom raising three young children. Her husband was active duty in the Air Force and retired in 2017. Soon after, they made the decision to relocate to O'ahu from North Carolina in 2018. Pam also grew up in a military family with her father retiring from the Air Force as well. Being in close proximity to the military lifestyle and culture for most of her life, she has a personal sense of understanding, empathy, and respect for active duty military and their families. She is passionate about home ownership, investing and the benefits of using the VA home loan. Military families are always relocating, and Pam's goal is to create a stress free buying and selling experience for her military clients. Pam purchased her first home in 2020 with her husband, making her a first time homebuyer as well. Her goal is to always provide education, resources, and a plan to help her clients achieve their goals in real estate; whether buying, selling, investing or refinancing. During her free time, Pam enjoys cooking, going to concerts, hiking, stand up paddle boarding, puzzles, reading, searching for seashells, walking her dog, and spending time with her family and friends.
